Shopify Subscriber Collection Terms and Conditions

By enabling Shopify subscriber collection, you agree to the following:

I authorize and instruct Attentive to share subscriber data, including phone number and SMS opt-in information, with Shopify on my company’s behalf and for my company’s use in Shopify. I understand this data will be used and otherwise processed in accordance with any agreement between my company and Shopify. Attentive will not be responsible for any actions or omissions by Shopify with respect to this data. I understand that this will also enable Attentive to receive subscriber data from Shopify on my company’s behalf and for my company’s use in the Attentive platform. By enabling the above, I represent that I am authorized to submit this authorization and instruction on behalf of my company.
